Event Description

On 9th May 2025, our Schoolcelebrated Rabindra Jayanti.

Rabindranath Tagore was a famouspolymath, songwriter, etc. He expressed the life of theBengalis through his songs, poems, etc. The venue where the program took placewas in the High Building. The timings were from 8:45 to 10:00 AM. The vibrantand the colourful environment in the school added up to the fresh atmosphere.The stage was decorated with a beautiful flex of Rabindranath Tagore and agorgeous candle lamp. All the students from class 1-9 participated in theprogram to commemorate the special day. There were many events held , like theHindi Drama of ‘Kaabuliwaala’,  a groupsong by class 9 boys, dance performances by classes 6-10 boys and girls, andthe speech and recitations were just the ‘ cherry on the top’. All the programswere a joy to watch. Altogether, the programs were all brilliantly performed. Ahuge amount of thanks to the Coordinators of the cultural club Sumana RoyMa’am, Madhurima Jetty Ma’am, and Mousumi Manna ma’am, for giving the conceptof conducting this program and also a huge amount of thanks to the members ofthe cultural club, and Vice-Principal Sir for inaugurating this programme. We,the students, enjoyed it a lot..!!!
